Hired and led a high-performing UX team, transforming the largest HSA custodian’s member and client portals.

Redesign of critical features like account balances and investing boosted app review scores and increased mobile app ratings from 2.5 to 4.4 on average.

Spearheaded accessibility initiatives, dramatically reducing errors and improving inclusivity.

Enhanced the Tyrian Design System for consistency and efficiency, allowing us to quickly roll out a unified portal experience for over 12 million accounts after merging the largest HSA and largest FSA com.
